Nature aware

The @who defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

The problem comes when we believe that’s a birthright.
For many years, humans have come to terms with their finite and imperfect nature.
But an increase in health awareness has empowered society to decide on their well-being. And that’s great news. A more knowledgeable public can make better choices.
Unfortunately, it is not all about choices or rights. Human nature is not (yet) fully controlled nor understood. Not comprehending that concept causes great miscommunication, mainly, between the healthcare providers and the users.
We would be better off being “nature aware”; the flesh and bone, the pain, the cruelty… And keep reading, learning, researching for the best to come, with all due RESPECT.
